Biography
Having a mother who was a music
teacher, a father who was an excellent tenor, and being educated at Durham Cathedral
School,it's no wonder that Gordon likes to sing... but only if he can fool around (his
face won't allow him to sing straight!)
His TV appearances as a comedy actor are many and varied, both in sit-coms and light
entertainment, Dads Army, Are You Being Served, One Foot In the Grave, Keeping Up
Appearances, he has recently completed Fun at the Funeral Parlour a new TV series.
Gordon also,devised,and presented a children's' TV Quiz-as well as having his own series
on BBC One "The Gordon Peters Show". Starring in Summer Seasons around the
country and in pantomimes he is regarded as one of the country's leading Dames. Has
appeared in many Plays and Musicals including Fagin in Oliver, 7 year Itch and Boeing
Boeing. |
